Dr. Yang brings over 20 years of dental experience to our office, focusing on individualized care and taking pride in delivering painless, high-quality dentistry. She empowers her patients by educating them and offering various treatment options so they can choose what is best for their health.

Dr. Suzie Yang grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and was drawn to dentistry as a child — she used to ask her elders what they would do differently in life, and much of the time, the answer was, “Take better care of my teeth.” This led Dr. Yang to be passionate about dentistry.

I'm not a big review writer but Dr. Yang went above and beyond so I felt I needed to post about it. I was in a scooter accident in 2020 and my teeth had many chips and dents on them after the accident. I spoke to many dentists around the Bay Area about veneers (didn't feel comfortable with any of them) and was eventually referred to Dr. Yang based on her incredible expertise in the field. After meeting Dr. Yang, she was by far the most knowledgeable and informative dentist by far, so I decided to move forward with my procedure. Not only did Dr. Yang do the BEST job on my veneers (made me look exactly how I was pre-accident without my teeth looking fake or too big) but she was also incredibly gentle and thorough, and I couldn't be happier. In total, I had three crowns and seven veneers done by Dr. Yang, and I have never been happier to smile now. The before and after pics will blow you away! Dr. Yang is such a rare find - she is exceptional at what she does plus she really cares about her patients. I get compliments literally all the time on my teeth, and I am so grateful for Dr. Yang and the time and energy she spent on perfecting my teeth and caring so much about my overall dental health. I recently moved over an hour away from Dr. Yang and I still drive to her office for my dental visits because I know she is the best of the best and I trust her without a doubt. Regardless if you need a cleaning, some light dental work, or an entire set of veneers, if you see Dr. Yang, you will be in the best hands with her!!! read less

Dr. Dab was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me helpful information and options for the affected tooth. During the consultation, I did not feel rushed at all and he was able to answer every question I had. As well as taking his time to draw out what was happening with my tooth for me to get a better understanding. Hilary, the hygienist, and Tina who is at the front desk was super welcoming. She referred me to Dr. Dab. I called him on the emergency number early the next morning and he got me in before their work day started. He was going to just glue the old crown back on so I could have my regular dentist take care of it when she came back, but I asked him to make a crown for me that morning (he can do it right in his office!). He did a great job and I felt like I was taken very good care of. I highly recommend Dr. Dab - he is an awesome dentist! read less

My favorite hygienist at my office has recently decided to go into semi retirement and is booked out for months. I was way overdue for a cleaning and heard good things about Hillary at Dr. Michael Dab in San Rafael. Not only was I able to get a next day appointment with Hillary but what I heard was true. The best teeth cleaning I have ever had. Very thorough but yet gentle and the warm water rinsing was an added bonus. read less
